Return & Refund Policy

All prints at Jangoolis are made to order. Printing and delivery together usually take between 7 and 14 business days from the date of your order, depending on your location.

Returns (30 days)
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The print must be undamaged and in its original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at goolimehanni@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within 2 business days. If the return is accepted, we'll send you a return label and instructions. Please don't send anything back before we confirm the return, as we can't accept unannounced parcels. If you return an item because you changed your mind, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If a print is damaged, has a printing error or isn't the one you ordered, email us at goolimehanni@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, and you don't need to send the item back.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you can cancel and return it within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To use this right, email us at goolimehanni@gmail.com with your order number. The item should be undamaged and in its original packaging.

Exchanges
To get a different print, return the one you have, and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may need a few more days to show it.
